Vredeseilanden/VECO is looking for an external assessor to evaluate the impact of its programmatic interventions and change strategies to develop the rice sub-sector and inclusive modern markets for cocoa&coffee that were part of a 3 year programme (2014-2016) funded by the Belgian government’s Directorate General for Development Cooperation. Candidate assessors are to submit their proposals by August 7, 2016, 24h00 CEST, following the guidelines provided in the Terms of Reference.
